The nutritional quality of our seaweed today compared to 2016:
"Vitamin C in Seagreens® Ascophyllum species (Knotted Wrack seaweed) has increased
1000% to 600
 micrograms (µg) per gram. Polyphenols, that broader group of protective nutrients
especially in fruits, berries and seeds, by 54% to almost 40,000 µg per gram.
From our research studies, we know that this is higher than green tea, a common yardstick
for antioxidant capacity. The corresponding increases in our Fucus (Bladder Wrack), are
3000% to almost 200µg of Vitamin C and 471% to 39,000µg of polyphenols."
